After 14 days, you'll be asked to choose between Essential and Premium to keep using Percorso. Your data, documents, and progress are all preserved. If you don't subscribe, your estate data is retained for 90 days so nothing is lost.

Each estate has its own subscription. If you're managing one estate, you pay one subscription. If you're managing two estates, each has its own plan and billing. This keeps billing clean and allows different estates to be on different plans.

Yes, at any time. We'll prorate your existing subscription and apply the credit toward your new plan, so you're never paying double.

In most cases, executors can be reimbursed by the estate for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred during administration, including software and tools used to manage the process. Keep your Percorso receipt with your estate records. Please verify with your CPA or tax professional, as each estate situation is different.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes. All documents are stored with enterprise-grade encryption and served through secure, signed URLs that expire automatically. Your data is hosted on trusted infrastructure and access is controlled through permissions — only the people you invite can see your estate.

Yes. Each estate supports one executor and one co-executor, both with full management access. You can also invite family members, beneficiaries, and advisors with view-level access.
